转换为PDF，然后转换为SWF，网上很多这个过程的代码，你可以看看
word和html不是同一种技知术，不同的标准，样式不一致是正常的。如果完全一样了，那谁还买道Word?
word存成html，只是一种简单的兼容。
一般的做法是，使用程序清除word转成htm后的垃圾代码内，再在html编辑器里面进行重新设置格式。
你要样式完全相同，你可以存成图片，pdf等容

首先告诉你，问js是网页前端技术，没法操作word
其次，要操作word，可以用.net(c#,vb都行)、java等，用的答技术各有不同（.net用的是vsto，java用的是poi），但基本都是操作word内容的，你要做的这内个只是一个动作容，我不知道有没有支持的，我是没用过
