你好！首百先要确认是什么问题，如果第一你是用系统管理员登陆使用；第二你找一个以前的索引和目录能用的WORD文件，对比测试，一样不能用，请看一下解决方案
1. 首先要确认，word中工具 ==> 选项度 ==> 编辑中的“用ctrl+点击跟踪超链接”处于选中状态；
2. 另一种可能，打开“IE浏览器”==> Internet 属性 ==> 点开“程序”选项卡中，点击“重置web设置”。这样，WORD2003中的ctrl+click就可以使用了。
3.如果最近安装新的浏览器，设置好默认浏览器就行；
4.最后的方法在Word中选择“内工具”==>“自动更正”；先单击“键入时自动套用格式”选项卡，将容“Internet 及网络路径替换为超级链接”复选框里的钩钩上，再单击“自动套用格式”选项卡，将“Internet 及网络路径替换为超级链接”复选框里的钩钩上，最后点击“确定” 。
5.依然没有解决就重新安装OFFICE。。

查看注册表键值
1. 在开始运行中输入regedit， 打开注册表
2. 找到下面的路径： HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.html
如果没有.html就新建一个，把默认的键值改为：htmlfile
3. 重新启动office然后看e69da5e887aae79fa5e98193363看问题还存不存在。
