it doesn't matter 是指别介意,你向别人道歉zd,别人让你别放在心上。you're welcome 是指回没关系,你向别人道谢,别人认为这只是举手之劳,让你别客气
Not at all 也是指没关系,既可以是别人向你道谢也可以是道歉。
两个词组不一样,而且区别很大.
Not at all是指根本不,一点也不； it doesn't matter 是指不重要,无所谓、无关紧要.
It' doesn't matter 是对别人道歉的回答答Not at all 既是对别人道歉的回答，又是对别人感谢的回答
no matter 常与复疑问代词what/which/who/whom...或疑问副词how/when/where...连用,表示"无论..."
eg: No matter what you say, I will go there.
无论你说什制么，我都要去那儿．
not matter 通常用于It does not matter的结构百，表示＂没关系＂
eg:----Sorry,I forgot it. （对不度起，我忘了）
----It doesn't matter. （没关系）

wrong, trouble和matter都可用来表示人的身体健康状况和情绪等。但其区别是:
wrong既是形容词，又是名词，作形容词用时意为“坏，不好的，出毛病的，错误抄的”。如:
What's wrong with you? 你怎么啦?
作名词zhidao用时，其意为“坏事，错误”。如:
He doesn't know the differencebetween right and wrong. 他无法辨别对和错。
trouble既可以作名词，也可以做动词，作名词时其意为“烦恼，困难”等。如:
What's your trouble? 你怎么啦?
Mr Smith is in great trouble. 史密斯先生处于极大的困境中。
作动词用时，其意为“麻烦，打扰”等。如:
May I trouble to show me the way to the post office? 麻烦你把到邮局的路指给我好吗?
matter作名词，表示健康状况或是情绪时，其意为“麻烦、毛病”。如:
What's the matter with you? 你怎么啦?
