Word came that the missing man had been found.(过去完成时制)
Word came that Mr Zhang would attend the meeting(将来时)
Word came that many people are gatherring in the street(过去进行时)
主句如果是现在完成时，从句可以用各种时态例百
Word has come that a park will be build here(一般将来时)
Word has come that the meet has ended this morning.(现在完成时)
因为报道的内容通常是已经发生的，正在发生的或将要发生的，所以根据需要一般采用这三种时态，但理论度上是什么时态都可以的。
