是这个Office Setup Controller文件夹引起的，只需要删除这e799bee5baa6e997aee7ad94e58685e5aeb9331个文件夹即可。操作如下（按操作系统类型不同）：
1、32位操作系统
找到C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\Office Setup Controller，将这个文件夹删除或改名，就不再出现提示了。 如果改名不成功（建议改名的时候改成中文名字），就删除该文件夹。
我电脑装的是OFFICE2013，位置在C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE15，找到Office Setup Controller并删除即可。
2、64位操作系统
找到C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE12\Office Setup Controll，将这个文件夹删除或改名，就不再出现提示了。如果改名不成功（建议改名的时候改成中文名字），就删除该文件夹。
