都可以，语义不一样。
take sth for example ;拿某事举例；
take something as an example ；是指把这样东西作为一个范例、榜样。
take sth. /sb. as an example＝take sth./sb. for example 意为“（你/我们）就拿……来说吧”或“就拿……举例吧”。你可以把它当成一个完整的句子，祈使句。说祈使句，是因它意为“（你/我们）就拿……（某人或某物）来举例吧”，祈使句其实有主语的，一般是you，少数情况下是I或we，不e69da5e887aa7a64337过约定俗成（因大家都知道主语），一般省略。也可以简单点翻译成，“就比如……吧”。
1）祈使句用法
如：There are many beautiful women in our office. Take Rebecca for example.
我们办公室有很多美女。就拿丽蓓卡作个例子吧。/就比如丽蓓卡吧。
2）但它也可以是插入语，而且是动词原形作插入语，不是单独的句子，等于for example，可以放在句首、句中或句末。
（这种动词原形作插入语的用法比较少，如Believe it or not,I won't go. 信不信由你，我是不会去的。其他插入语多是动词不定式或分词形式，如To be honest, Compared with/to, Judging from 等）
如：I can never take things that I don't like even if it's most nutritious. Take yogurt for example, I dislike its taste.
就算特别有营养，我也不吃我不喜欢的东西。就拿酸奶来说，我就不喜欢那种味道。
3）前面的for example为固定搭配，example为抽象概念，不可加冠词。但take sth. as an example中必须加上冠词an，因为此处是as（作为）an（一个）example（例子），example为具体的一个例子。

你好！问题问得不百错，关键看是什么用途度： She Takes .. as an example是个句子，意思完整。问 Taking ... as an example，现在分词短答语可以是插入语版，也可以做伴随状语放在句首权。
感觉也是可以的，但是Take myself as an example这个出现的频率比较多。
