首先在我的电脑——工具——文件夹选项——查看中，将“隐藏默认文件夹扩展名”的选项去掉。 然后将下面的注册表信息复制到新建文本文档e68a84e8a2ade799bee5baa6e997aee7ad94362中，保存后，见文件名改为“*.reg”（即注册表），然后双击注册表即可。刷新桌面后，右键新建项中就可以看到Word等项目了。对于office2003：1.恢复新建WORD文档：Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

程序出现错误或是安装的是绿色zhidao版的Office都会导致右键没有新建Word选项，可以在注册表内添加此项，步骤如下：
所需材料：Win7 64位系统示例。
一、首先同时按下“WIN键”+“R键”打开“运行”，输入“regedit”，点击“确定”打开注册表编辑器。
二、打开注册表编辑器后，展开版“HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT”。
三、接着在此目录下找到“.docx”并点击此项。
四、接着双击右边的“默认”，把数值数据更改为“Word.Document.12”，点击“确定”，即可在右键新建内权添加新建Word文档选项。
系统再带的软件吧。不知是什么软件。
可能是office程序安装百不正确或不完整，也可是系统的问题，
如果你确定度你安装好了，我向你推荐一款软件—“知魔方”，这道个软件可以修改右键菜单，包括新建菜单中的命令内，可以添加也可以删除容，但愿可以解决你的问题
