您好楼主，对的，现在大学的机房，都是用win7，办公软件的话，是用office2010，因为计算机zhidao等级考试，用的就是win7+微软office2010.
但是，你自己电脑的话，随你用什么系统了。我是用win8.1 x86 + 微软office2016个人专业专增强版。
（不过，可能还属有一些的电脑是用xp系统+office2003的，像现在铁路局各个调度中心用的系统都还是xp系统）

win7系统百能兼容office2010。win7系统安装office2010如下：
工具：win7系统电脑一台、office2010安装文件、office2010激活文件
步骤：
1、打开win7系统电脑，解压office2010安装文件，双击setup.exe文件进行安装，根据提示操作，一般需要10分钟左右就会安装完毕。度
2、解压office2010激活文件，双击运行激活工具，点击如图所说的红色方框，系统版自动开始进行激活操作。
3、激活成功后激活工具会显示有success，激活成功。权
4、桌面上面随便新建一个2010的办公文档。点击页面的“开始-帮助”就可以查看到激活产品的字样，表示已经激活成功。即可证明win7系统能兼容office2010。
