这个问题我也遇到过，网上的很多方法都是无效的。现在我的问题已经解决知，根据我的经验，这个问题就是因为word和endnote没有安装在一个盘中导致的。我道最后将word和endnote同时装在C盘就解决了这个问题。如果没有装在同一个盘，之前看到的一个方法感觉是最靠谱的，就是找到安装目回录下的endnote——product-support——CYWY下的EndNoteCwyw.dll文件将其拷贝到C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns文件夹下。如果CYWY下没有EndNoteCwyw.dll，将CWYW_X_x64.dat的后缀名改为.rar之后解压就有了。希答望能帮助到你，谢谢！
1、安装好百office2016和Endnotes x7
2、找到安装目录%Program Files (x86)%\EndNote
X7\Product-Support\CWYW下的度Cwyw_x64.dat或Cwyw_x86.dat文件，以下以64位系统进行介绍，32位系统亦然。
3、将Cwyw_x64.dat文件格式内改为压缩文件Cwyw_x64.rar，并解压，得到如图的文件
4、以管理员身份打开word。在文件>选项容>加载项>com加载项>转到，点击添加
5、选择之前解压文件夹中的EndNote Cwyw.dll，点击确定。即可使用
将endnote x7和 Word 关联起来的具体操作步骤如下：
1、首先我抄们打开电脑里的word文档，点击工具栏“文件”，出现以袭下界面后再点击“选项”。
2、找到“加载项”百，我们可以看到已经启动的加载项中度没有EndNote，所以无法显示。
3、下面我们下滑，在“问非活动加载项”或者“已禁止加载项”找一下，下图显示EndNote在“非活动加载项”，选中它。
4、然后在“COM加载项”右边点击“转到”。
5、在“endnote cite while you write ”前面打勾，点击“确定”。
6、然后我们回到主界面就会发现工具栏出现EndNote加载项，引用文献操作答在这里完成。

Yes, EndNote X7 and EndNote X8 Cite While You Write (CWYW) both are compatible with Office 365 or MS Word 365. Office 365 is a subscription plan for the cloud/Online application. This subscription allows you to download MS Office 2016 or MS Word 2016 (or lower version). Login to your Office 365 account and download the Office 2016 (or lower version) and install it. Make sure you also have the latest patches and updates. After you have installed Office 2016 follow either of these two paths:
If you haven't installed EndNote X7 or EndNote X8. Start the setup and install. Update to the latest version (Windows: Help > Check for Updates / Mac: EndNote > Check for Updates).
If you already have installed EndNote X7 or EndNote X8 before installing Office 2016 (or lower version), just run 'Configure EndNote' (Windows) or 'EndNote customizer' (Mac).

1、Browse to the EndNote Program Files folder:
64-bit Machines: C:\Program Files (x86)\EndNote X7\

32-bit Machines: C:\Program Files\EndNote X7\

2、Run the 'Configure EndNote.exe' utility.
3、Make sure 'Configure EndNote components' is selected and click Next.
4、Select Cite While You Write add-in for Microsoft Office and click Next.
5、Click Finish.
Mac
1、Click the EndNote menu and select 'Customizer'.
2、Check the box in front of the 'Cite While You Write' option.
3、Click next until the Customizer is finished. Open a library.
