可能以前安装的zdoffice没卸干净，使用office专用卸载工具MicrosoftFixit把原来的office清理干净或者用微软自产卸版载软件Windows Install Clean Up强力卸载原来安装的office，把C盘带有office的文件夹和文件全都删了，然后清理垃圾和组册表。权
