1、你这样说来的话，严格来算只能属非法用工。你对外百只能说是来过进行商务访问，文化交流学习。让实习单度位出材料批一商务邀请函吧。
2、如果想延期问F签证，这还得看公司规模。（非正常途径延期除外）
3、想办Z签证不是答那么好办的。各个地方政策也不一样。你也专没说你在哪儿。
以他的情况来中国如果是在北京根本批不了工属作签证。
但有的城市 就可以，只要有毕业证。

所谓“邀请函”通常指商务签证邀请函，是外国人持此邀请函去中国驻他国zhidao大使馆申请商务签证F用的。
当然也有工作签证Z邀请函。也是同样的道理。
邀请函都是由商务局发的。需要您准备公司的材料去当地版的商务局去申请。
