由于提供的信息不很多，简单猜测百为试图将原来可以正常运行的index.php重命名为index.do并仍能正常运行这样的要求。如果是其他需要仅供参考度
打开apache 的httpd.conf 文件，搜索 AddType 一节，归属于<IfModule mime_module> 部分。
如果仅仅是吧php修改为do，则回只需要修改 .php 相关的那一行就行，想了解更多的话，到答apache目录conf目录寻找一个mime.types的文件慢慢看就行了。

在mediawiki中，如果上传doc或者docx文件时，经常会出现：文件扩展名".***" 与检测到的文件MIME类型(application/zip)不匹配 的警告。要想去掉这个警告，需要更e69da5e887aae79fa5e98193335改includes目录下的DefaultSettings.php文件，其中的 $wgVerifyMimeType = false， 即可。
