下面是步骤方法：
1、打开需要破解保护密码的Excel文件；
2、依次点击菜单栏上的工具---宏----录制新宏，输入宏名字如:aa；
3、停止录制(这样得到一个空宏)；
4、依次点击菜单栏上的工具---宏----宏,选aa,点编辑按钮；
5、删除窗口中的所有e69da5e887aae79fa5e98193366字符(只有几个),替换为下面的内容；

6、关闭编辑窗口；
7、依次点击菜单栏上的工具---宏-----宏,选AllInternalPasswords,运行,确定两次；
8、 等一会,就会出现以下对话框：这就是Excel密码对应的原始密码(此密码和原先设置的密码都能打开此文档。如果是别人的文档，又想恢复密码设置，就可以用此密码进行保护，就能用设置的密码打开。字母一定要大写)：
再点击确定。Excel的原始密码就被清除了。
一、把Excel文件的扩复展名xlsx修改为Rar。
二、Excel文件变成了压缩包。（不如果不显示后辍 ，选中工具栏中的文件扩展名选项）
三、双击打开压缩包，找到 xl - Worksheets。
四、把受保护的工作表sheet1.xml 拖动复制出来。
五、用记制事本打开sheet1.xml文件，搜protect快速找到保护代码并删除zd保护。
六、把文件拖回到压缩包中。
七、重新把后辍名由rar改回xlsx。
八、打开excel文件后发现工作表保护密码已删除。
这个可能要用到密码破解软件，在网上搜搜，应该有这样的软件
示例在EXCEL2007中进行，可以不使用宏设置，直接按以下方法操作。
1、先打开EXCEL,sheet1是一个被保护的工作zd表，内当点击单元格尝试编辑时。会提示试图更改的单元格或图表在受保护的工作表中！
2、点击工作表左上角全选，按Ctrl+C 复制工作表，然后在右侧新建 一个工作表，再次点击左上角全选，按CTRL+V粘贴，将被保护的工作表粘贴到新的表中，此时的工作表内容与原表相同，只是没有了密码保护。
3、删除原工作表，将新建的工作表名称改为原名容称，并移动到原位置即可。
