因为句子里的office是非特指，不是指哪个上文提到的特定的office。而且office前面只能加一个冠词，an和the不可以同时使用，所以第一句语法不正确。
特指的要加the
比如你题目中说的，at the office在办公室，那肯定是指zhidao上班的那间办公室，所以加the
而at church在教堂，这里的教堂指随回便哪答家教堂，只要能办仪式的就行，所以是泛指，不用加the

看语境，如果之前有人走错地方，或把办公室当成其他场所，那么作道为警告，题型 this is office 没有问题。
不加the ， 是因版为office这里不再是地点概念，而是性质概念，即相当权于抽象名词。表，这里是办公场所。
