Excel保护密码破解.. 只支持2003版本

1、 打开要破解的EXCEL文件|
2、 工具---宏e799bee5baa6e79fa5e98193e78988e69d83361----录制新宏---输入名字如:aa -----关闭
3、 工具---宏----停止录制(这样得到一个空宏)
4、 工具---宏----宏,选aa,点 编辑 按钮
5、 删除窗口中的所有字符(只有几个),替换为下面解压后文件中内容
6、关闭编辑窗口
7、工具---宏-----宏,选AllInternalPasswords,运行,确定两次,等2分钟,再确定.OK,没有密码了!!

在此打开自己加密的excel
工具：5秒WORD-EXCEL密码破解.exe
步骤如下：
1、百度“5秒WORD-EXCEL密码破解”，点击下方的连接，下载软件百，软件不是很大，直接下载下来就可以了，度下载下来是一个压缩包，解压该压缩包。打开压缩包解压出来的文件夹，第二个文件就是我们的密码破解工具问，双击打开工具。
2、浏览，找到我们要破解的文件，点击确定，破解就开始啦。点击移除密答码。
3、弹出对话框，点击确定，当然，电脑是要能联网的，相信你版能看到这篇经验，电脑应该也是能联网的。
4、解密时间要看密码复杂程度，不过应该没有太变态的密码。
5、成功破解密码，并且生成了一个新权的没有密码的文件。
打开你要移除密码的excel文件：

点击“Office”按钮，再选择“另存为”：

在弹出的“另存为”对话框中，单击左下角的“工具”按钮，选择“常规选项”：

弹出“常规选项”对话框，可以看到，当然有星号显示密码：

将这个星号显示的密码清除，再单击“确定”即可：

最后单击“另存为”对话框中的“保存”按钮保存操作。

方法二 利用Office恢复软件
而如果密码遗忘又该怎么办呢？OFFICE文档的密码丢失的情况下我们一般首先想的是密码破解软件。但今天咱用一个OFFICE文档恢复的软件OfficeFIX来实现密码去除的效果。这个软件本身是用来找回删除的或e799bee5baa6e79fa5e98193e78988e69d83333损坏的office文档的，但用来去掉密码其实也十分有效。
启动桌面上OfficeFIX软件程序，可以启动OfficeFIX或ExcelFIX：
如果启动OfficeFIX，我们可以选择ExcelFIX：
启动ExcelFIX后，我们选择“Multi-file”按钮，再单击里面的“Add”按钮：
在打开的“打开”对话框中，一定要选将“文件类型”选择为“All files(*.*)”。因为默认的是“MS Excel files(*.xl?)”，不会显示我们的excel文档。
然后选择我们需要的EXCEL文档，再单击“打开”按钮：
然后单击窗口中的“Recover all”按钮继续：
这个恢复的过程比较快，恢复完成后我们单击“Open”按钮即可不用输入密码打开了：
