如何用excel制作数据分析？
严格意义上来讲，5000条数据称不上大数据，用excel是非常简单快捷的工具。给您提供简单的思路供参考。
1、确定分析思路。我们需要分析一个什么样的结果，简单介绍一下5W2H分析法，即何因（why），何事（what），何人（who），何时（when），何地（where），如何做（how），何价（how much），结合新生的数据情况，确认好要分析的目标。当然也有其他的分析方法，如PEST分析法，逻辑树分析法等。
2、数据处理。包括数据清洗和加工。比如日期格式，缺失值等。及时查漏补缺，确保数据的质量。这里要掌握一些基本的函数用法，比如：sum，average，dateif，vlookup等。
3、数据分析：主要用到的工具是数据透视表，他是一种交互式的报表，利用它，我们可以方便的调整分类汇总的方式，灵活的以多种不同方式展现数据特征。主要用的功能：数据排序，筛选，分类汇总等数据处理功能。
问题1、5000人中来自上海的学生有多少？
问题2、男生，女生的占比有多少？
问题3、重名人数有多少？
4、数据的展现。基本的图表有饼图，条形图，柱形图，折线图，散点图等，不同的图形用来暂时的重点也不一痒，占比建议用饼图，趋势建议用折线图等。
