工作中经常遇到上级或者别人发来的Excel模板文件，用保护工作表的方式锁定了，如下：
保护后如果你想编辑会出现如下提示：
那就很讨厌了，当然很多锁定的Excel用复制粘贴的方法重新建一个也可以，如果保护的权限更多些，甚至不给复制，真是太讨厌了。小编这里介绍一个破解的方法，请看下面：
1、点击录制新宏，宏名随便取一个，但是自己要记得，我这取“破解保护”，点击确定。
然后直接停止录制
点击左边的按钮“宏”，选择编辑
进入如下VB脚本编辑界面，删除红色方框里的内容，复制文章最后给的脚本进去。
复制脚本进去后，如下图：
点击上面的执行按钮，如下图：
运行时出现如下界面，都请点击确定：
回到如下脚本界面，
点右上角关闭这个界面，回到Excel界面，发现保护撤销了，可以输入文字了：
成功破解保护！
